Clinical case

This clinical case concerns a 67-year-old patient who, following repeated implant failures in the upper jaw, was forced to undergo the placement of four zygomatic implants to support a fixed prosthesis. However, he did not follow an appropriate oral hygiene maintenance protocol, which led to the failure of all the implants in the lower arch and of the residual dentition.
